矩形人孔是安裝在儲(chǔ)罐頂上的應(yīng)急通氣裝置，通常與防火器、機(jī)械呼吸閥配套使用，既能避免因意外原因造成罐內(nèi)急劇超壓或真空時(shí)，損壞儲(chǔ)罐而發(fā)生事故，又有起到阻火作用，是保護(hù)儲(chǔ)罐的裝置，特別適用于貯存物料以氮?dú)夥忭數(shù)墓绊敵汗?。具有定壓排放、定壓吸入、開(kāi)閉靈活、阻火、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、密封性能好、可靠等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

矩形人孔一般由304，316L不銹鋼鋼板或者碳鋼制作而成。

矩形人孔的結(jié)構(gòu)介紹：

由于人孔安裝在油罐的下層體圈上，防滲漏就顯得特別重要。要求兩法蘭結(jié)合面保證其平直度，無(wú)飄扭現(xiàn)象。加強(qiáng)板和法蘭應(yīng)盡量在整塊鋼板上切割而不拼接。法蘭和蓋板上加工有密封圈，在施工中要特別注意保護(hù)。密封用3mm厚石棉橡膠墊片，不允許有折裂。安裝人孔蓋板上緊螺栓時(shí)，要成對(duì)角均勻用力，以防孔蓋變形。

Since the manhole is installed on the lower body circle of the oil tank, leakage prevention is particularly important. The joint surface of the two flanges is required to ensure its flatness and no twisting. Reinforcing plates and flanges should be cut on the whole steel plate as far as possible without splicing. The flange and cover plate are processed with sealing rings, so special attention should be paid to protection during construction. 3mm thick asbestos rubber gasket is used for sealing, no cracks are allowed. When installing the manhole cover plate to tighten the bolts, force evenly at diagonal angles to prevent the manhole cover from deforming.
